Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered.
We've collected the most common questions about ordering, delivery and choosing concrete. For anything else, our team is just a phone call away.
Technical support and orders
0533 080 88 01The minimum order for ready-mix concrete is 3 m³. For smaller quantities we look for a solution within the delivery schedule in your area; please call our order line.
We recommend ordering at least 24 hours ahead for standard pours, and 48 hours ahead for pumped pours and pours over 50 m³. Call our order line about urgent requests.
The concrete class is set in the structural design. Reinforced concrete structural elements must use at least C25/30 under the building code. Send us the class specified by your design engineer and our technical team will prepare a mix suited to the site conditions.
Pumping is priced separately. The right pump is chosen based on pour volume, building height and reach, and shown as a separate line in your quote.
Concrete should be placed within 90 minutes of leaving the plant, and sooner in hot weather. Tell us your placing rate when ordering and we will space the mixers accordingly.
