Privacy notice

This privacy notice is provided by Ayas Beton San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (the "Company") as data controller under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform you about the personal data processed through our website and communication channels.

1. Personal data we process

Through our quote and contact forms we process your name, company name, phone number, email address, province/district and site information, the content of your request or message, and, for information security, your IP address and the time of submission.

2. Purposes of processing

• Evaluating and responding to your quote requests,
• Carrying out order, delivery and after-sales processes,
• Following up requests and complaints,
• Running information security processes and meeting legal obligations.

3. Legal basis and collection method

Your personal data are collected electronically through our website forms, phone, email and WhatsApp, on the legal grounds set out in KVKK Articles 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

4. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to IT service providers we work with, to authorised public bodies and, in the event of a legal dispute, to our lawyers, in line with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information if they are, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties they are transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, under the conditions of the law, their deletion, to object, and to claim compensation for any damage.

6. Applications

You can submit your requests in writing to our Company address together with documents proving your identity, or via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
