Our quality management system is built on customer expectations, legal requirements and continuous improvement.
At Ayas Beton we consider it our core responsibility that every cubic metre of concrete and every precast element we produce serves our customers' structures safely for many years. To this end we commit to:
- producing to the relevant TS EN standards and legislation,
- ensuring traceability by recording every process from raw material intake to delivery,
- sharing laboratory test results transparently with our customers,
- continuously improving our processes with a risk and opportunity based approach,
- investing in the training and development of our people and increasing their involvement,
- building long-term relationships with our suppliers based on mutual trust,
- prioritising technologies and practices that reduce our environmental impact.
This policy forms the basis of our quality management system and is embraced by all our employees.
