With modern batching plants, a precast production facility and an experienced team, Ayas Beton supplies standard-compliant concrete and concrete products to projects of every size, from housing to infrastructure.
Ayas Beton was founded to deliver the most basic construction material, concrete, to the site with the right mix, at the right time and in the right quantity. Today we operate two production lines: computer-controlled ready-mix plants and a precast facility producing under factory control.
On the ready-mix side we produce every strength class from C16/20 to C50/60, plus special concretes such as watertight, fibre-reinforced and self-compacting concrete. Our GPS-tracked mixer fleet and 36–58 metre concrete pumps keep pace with your pour schedule.
On the precast side we offer a wide range: infrastructure elements such as concrete pipes, manholes and box culverts; prestressed beams, roof trusses, hollow-core slabs and facade panels.
Our approach to quality
All our processes, from raw material intake to delivery, are recorded in our quality management system. Our laboratory checks aggregates, cement and admixtures and tests the 7 and 28-day strength of samples taken from every delivery, sharing the results with our customers.
On site with you
From the quote to the last cubic metre, our sales and technical team work closely with your project. Our site engineers provide free advice on pour planning, pump positioning and curing.
